How do I logoout of my ThinLinc session?
  1. In the right corner, select the drop down next to the power button.
  2. Select your username and Log Out from the drop down.
  3. A Log Out window will allow you to Cancel ending your session or Log Out
Red error message advising "Buffer Allocation Failed"?
Restart your browser.
Any other red error message?
Clear your browsers cache.

Need to close a non-functional ThinLinc session?

  • Click the Advanced button
  • Select the End existing session option
  • Click the Connect button
